What is the duration of a contract?

Contract duration in Middle East sector is normally a minimum period of 2 years. In some of the countries it is one year and is renewable afterwards.

How different is life in Saudi Arabia than other countries?

Life is of course different in Saudi Arabia. It is a more conservative and culturally diverse society. Islam is the religion of the country, but it offers a full spectrum of flavors to experience its food, people, culture etc. It’s very people orientated, there are vast communities of people from different nationalities to work with.
Islam does not permit women to mingle with men unless they are accompanied by their Mehram.

How hot does it get?

Saudi Arabia generally is a hot country with very little rain. Average temperature in summer is 45° C. Most of the year (8 months) the weather is warm and pleasant, with winters not below 7° C.
